Simply Sweet Sentiments Store Policy

RETURN POLICY - If you or your gift recipient are unhappy with an item, please contact our Customer Service department at simplysweetshopcs@woh.rr.com. Please include your name, phone number, email address and order # and a description of the problem. Problems must be reported to us within one week of shipment receipt. We will work with you to rectify the problem. We do not offer refunds on food items without proof of damage of product. Damaged product or picture(s) of damaged product must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt at which time we will determine refund or replacement status.

Customer agrees that Simply Sweet Sentiments will not be held responsible for any melted chocolate products if customer does not purchase, with their order, an insulated shipping box and ice pack for chocolate orders being shipped to a destination where temperatures are 65� or higher.

PRIVACY: Simply Sweet Sentiments is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new items or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to simplysweetshopcs@woh.rr.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line.

Simply Sweet Sentiments does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

COMMUNICATION: Simply Sweet Sentiments communicates strictly by email or USPS mail with our customers. ALL emails received by us are responded to within 24 hours to the email address used when contacting us. We are not responsible if you provide us with an incorrect email address or you are experiencing problems receiving our emails.

If you placed an order with us, you MUST use the email address you indicated on your order - NO EXCEPTIONS! If you do not receive a reply from us, please resend your email (visit our FAQ page for additional information regarding emails). If you do not agree with our communication policy, please do not place an order.
