We currently utilize USPS, FedEx, or UPS shipping at our discretion. Shipping is based on weight, size and destination of order.  We do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses.  Choose from Priority Ground (2-3 Days), 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Overnight Express during checkout.  Orders are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days after order is received, unless otherwise noted (please see categories/products for estimated shipping times).  We do not offer same day shipping.  Weekends and holidays are excluded and will be processed the next business day. 

Perishable food products are only shipped out Monday through Thursday during warmer months (April through October).  Insulated shipping box with ice packs are available for purchase for your chocolate orders for warm weather shipping destinations of 65 degrees or higher.  All chocolate orders are shipped via OVERNIGHT EXPRESS to destinations of 65 degress or higher.  We are not responsible for melted chocolate items during shipping.  We are not responsible for weather, holiday or carrier delays on any delivery.  Please make sure your shipping address, including any apartment number, is correct before placing your order.  We do not issue refunds for incorrect or insufficient shipping address information provided to us by the customer.  Customer will be charged additional shipping fee for reshipment.
