DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE & DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING? TOP
No, we currently only ship to addresses located within the United States. We utilize FedEx, UPS or USPS. We do not ship to military addresses (APO, FPO) at this time. WE DO NOT OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING as most of our cookies and lollipops take 1-3 days to create, dry and package. Large orders take additional time.
ARE ALL LOLLIPOPS/CANDIES/COOKIES INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED & LABELED? TOP
Yes, all lollipops/candies/cookies come individually wrapped and are labeled with ingredients.
CAN I ORDER AHEAD OF TIME AND SPECIFY SHIPPING DATE? TOP
Absolutely! Just email us at simplysweetshopcs@woh.rr.com and tell us when you would like it shipped or you can indicate date needed during checkout under "Additional Information". You can order up to a year in advance for occasions such as baby showers, bridal showers, wedding receptions, retirement parties, grand openings, school functions, for just about anything.

Yes, just email us with the custom bouquet you would like to purchase and we will send you a price quote. Every bouquet we offer can be customized, so please don't hesitate to ask if you need something special! We love customer requests! Just about anything you can think of...All Animals, Arts (such as dance, theater, painter, music), Baby, Cartoon Characters, Flowers, Hobbies, Movie Characters, Numbers, Occupations, Sports, Superheros, Toys...and that's just a few. Any occasion, any theme...we'll create a bouquet that meets your needs. DO YOU SELL INDIVIDUAL LOLLIPOPS/COOKIES? TOP
Yes we do, sometimes our customers only need individual lollipops or cookies for party favors or to hand out to family, friends or co-workers. They each come individually wrapped with your choice of ribbon color. As always, email us with quantity needed and event date and we will send you a price quote.
Our cookie "lollipops" are made with a 12" clear plastic paddle stick attached to the back of the wrapped cookie. Lollipop sticks ARE NOT inserted into the cookie due to weight constrictions and to avoid accidental ingestion.
DO YOU HAVE SUGAR-FREE CANDIES OR COOKIES? TOP
The majority of our candy and cookie products contain sugar, however, you have the option of sugar-free candies featured in our Candy Crates.
HOW SOON CAN A CUSTOMIZED BOUQUET BE COMPLETED? TOP
It depends on the size and design. However, we ask that you place your order at least 2-3 weeks ahead, especially for custom designed cookies. Most customized bouquets can be completed within just a few days. Hard Candy Lollipop Bouquets are not customizable.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR COOKIES? TOP
Butter and Sugar Cookies - Shelf life is at least 2 weeks in cello bags. Shrink wrapping extends shelf life. Store them in your freezer for up to six months.
Honey Cookies - Shelf life is up to 3 months. Cookies are shrink-wrapped to extend shelf life. Store them in your freezer for up to six months.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF HARD CANDY LOLLIPOP BOUQUETS? TOP
Hard Candy Lollipops are non-perishable but have a 60-day shelf life for appearance when stored in a cool, dry environment.
DO YOU ISSUE INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS REFUND? TOP
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide us with a complete & valid shipping address, including any apartment number. Refunds will not be issued if your order is unable to be delivered by any of our carriers due to insufficient shipping address information you provided to us. Cost to reship is $14.95 per package.
WHY HAVE YOU NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL? TOP
All emails received are responded to as soon as possible within 24 hours.
If you have a Hotmail,
Yahoo, Gmail or other externally hosted account and our emails are not
being delivered to your respective inbox, please check your spam, junk or
bulk folder.
If your email address is a Yahoo.com
account, please go to the Bulk folder and check if Yahoo's SpamGuard is
turned on. Yahoo says that "...While we make our best efforts to
deliver solicited commercial and non-commercial email directly to your
inbox, a non-spam message may be delivered to your Bulk folder on
occasion. For this reason, we recommend that the recipient check this
folder periodically to ensure important messages are not missed."
We have no control over how our email is received by your email provider and we are not responsible if you provide us with an invalid email address.
CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOMIZED CHOCOLATE MOLDS? TOP
We do not offer customized chocolate molds at this time.
CAN YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? TOP
Our current ordering system cannot accept multiple shipping addresses. If you need to order more than one item and have each of those items shipped to a different address, you will need to place an individual order for each item.
WILL COOKIES IN YOUR COOKIE BOUQUETS BREAK DURING SHIPPING? TOP
Each cookie is individually wrapped, entire bouquet is then placed in a clear cello gift bag and shipped in corrugated shipping box packed with environmentally friendly soybean based packing peanuts, bubble wrap and/or air pillows. Customer can purchase shipping insurance during checkout which will cover the full cost of your purchase if package is lost or damaged...you can then either request a replacement bouquet or full refund. Shipping mishaps during transit, unfortunately, do occur and are beyond our control.

Each cookie is individually shrink wrapped or placed in clear cello bag with matching ribbon. Bubble wrap is then placed around each individual cookie, cookies are placed in bakery or gift box, and then shipped in corrugated shipping box with packing peanuts, bubble wrap and/or air pillows. Customer can purchase shipping insurance during checkout which will cover the full cost of your purchase if package is lost or damaged...you an then either request a replacement or full refund. Shipping mishaps during transit, unfortunately, do occur and are beyond our control. HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE CHOCOLATE WILL NOT MELT DURING SHIPPING? TOP
Our chocolate products can be shipped with ice packs for an additional fee and our special Keep Kool bubble lined shipped boxes in warm weather. We advise choosing Express Overnight shipping for chocolate products with warm weather destinations of 65° or higher. If ice packs are not purchased, we are not responsible for melted chocolate products.
CAN I SEND A BOUQUET ANONYMOUSLY? TOP
All gift card messages MUST include a "From" name. Products shipped as gifts to recipients other than the purchaser cannot be sent "anonymously".
CAN I REQUEST A BRAND OF DIAPER TO BE USED IN YOUR DIAPER CAKES OR DIAPER CUPCAKES? TOP
Absolutely, you may choose from Huggies®, Pampers® or another brand of your choice. Just include the brand under "Additional Information" when checking out or email us your order number along with your request.
CAN YOU DESIGN A 4 or 5 TIER DIAPER CAKE FOR ME? TOP
